The Film Covering String Repair Machine is used for automatic repair of NG Film Covering strings, and comprehensive inspection of the strings after repair is completed. This equipment is highly automated and can seamlessly connect with the layup machine to achieve automated assembly line operations. It can also run offline separately, greatly improving the production efficiency and flexibility of the production line.

1. Equipped with PL detection, accurately locate the position and quantity of NG cells, automatically cell disassemble, cell replace, wires placement, and film covering in the NG string;
2. Can repair defective cells such as micro cracks, fragments, offset of wires,film wrinkles, foreign objects, etc. ;
3. Compatible with gapless and small spacing cell strings.
