All the time,XN always adheres to the service concept of "customer first",adhere to professional and exquisite debugging technology,efficient and high-quality after-sales service,enthusiastic attitude and timely handling of abnormalities and troubleshooting for customers,improve component production efficiency.The affirmation and satisfaction of customers is our greatest support and encouragement!

In 2022, XN technical support department completed more than 200 users at home and abroad,after-sales service guarantee for more than 2000 equipment, provided customers with 1748 trainings for more than 10 models,the number of trainees exceeded 10000.More than these,the on-site service personnel of overseas users have overcome the difficulties of the epidemic,it effectively ensures the quality of on-site service.
