—Ningxia XN Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. 2021 Annual Awards Ceremony 

     At 9:00 am on January 29, 2022, the "2021 Excellent Team and Excellent Staff Award Ceremony" of Ningxia XN Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was held at the headquarters. The ceremony was organized by the administrative center, and more than 400 middle and senior leaders and employees of the company attended the event.

     Mr. Zhou Hai, deputy general manager of Ningxia XN Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., delivered a speech at the award ceremony, reviewing and summarizing the achievements of the company's development goals in 2021, and looking forward to the future advancement of the company. Mr. Zhou mentioned that the development of the company is inseparable from the efforts and dedication of all employees. On the occasion of saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new, he gave his best New Year wishes to all employees.

     A total of six awards were awarded in this event, namely, the Excellent Employee Award, the Excellent Newcomer Award, the Excellent Intern Award, the Rationalization Suggestion Award, the Innovation Award, and the Excellent Team Award. Resultingly, 98 people were awarded the Excellent Employee Award, 24 were awarded the Excellent Newcomer Award, 6 were awarded the Excellent Intern Award, 2 received the Rationalization Suggestions Award, 7 received the Innovation Award, and 5 received the Excellent Team Award. The senior leaders of the company conferred honorary certificates to the winning employees and teams, and the representatives of the winning employees delivered their acceptance speeches. They said that this is an encouragement and honor given to them by the company, and they will work harder and make further progress in the future.

     The award ceremony ended successfully in a happy atmosphere. In the new year, people in XN will continue to aim for perfection, work hard, and strive to write a new chapter.
